lib64gmp3 software package provides Multiprecision arithmetic library (64bit library), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64gmp3
lib64gmp3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib64gmp3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64gmp3 *
You will get with lib64gmp3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
